Notice for Visitors

Ⅰ.Way of Admission  

Those holding valid certificates for the IETE can quickly enter the exhibition hall through the facial recognition channel for certificate holders.     

Exhibition visitors who have passed the real-name verification and made a reservation for the visit can enter the exhibition hall through the turnstiles after verification by presenting the registered admission code or their original ID card. In case of any abnormalities, you can consult the on-site staff.   

For matters related to the entry into the exhibition hall for people from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign countries, please go to the Visitor Service Counter for consultation.      

Considering health factors, individuals aged 70 and above are required to be accompanied by an adult and enter the exhibition hall with a valid ticket or pas.


Ⅱ.Points for Attention When Entering the Exhibition Hall   

Ø Please voluntarily undergo the security check. It is strictly prohibited to bring inflammable, explosive, hazardous and illegal items into the exhibition hall.    

Ø Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited at the exhibition site.  

Ø Please take good care of the exhibits. If there is any damage, you will be held responsible.     

Ø It is strictly prohibited to sell or purchase any goods, including exhibits, in the exhibition hall (except for food and beverages supplied in the exhibition hall).    


Ⅲ.Parking matters  

The parking area of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center is an underground parking lot. The underground parking lot has two floors and provides 9045 parking spaces, of which 10% are equipped with charging stations.        

During the IETE, vehicles holding the IETE Motor Vehicle Permit shall enter the designated area and park according to the route specified on the permit. Vehicles without a pass are prohibited from entering the designated area.
