Booth Reservation
Eligible exhibitors can apply to the organizing committee or register on the official website. The committee will allocate booths based on quantity and area, following the principles of first-come-first-served and size priority.
Confirmation of Participation
The organizing committee will formalize the participation by signing a confirmation with the exhibitor. The exhibitor is required to transfer the booth fee to the designated account of the committee within 7 days.
Submission of Materials
Exhibitors are required to submit the required materials to the organizing committee in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements for the preparation of the editing of the exposition materials. The deadline is November 10th. Those who fail to submit within the deadline will be regarded by the organizing committee as having automatically waived the corresponding rights.
Installation and Participation
Exhibitors should follow the "Exhibitor Guidelines" formulated by the organizing committee for installation and participation in the exhibition negotiations.
